Google has released an update for its Chrome browser for Android and iOS that is intended to reduce data usage and manage bandwidth better. According to the Chrome Official Blog , when the data saving feature is activated, it could save you up to about 50% of data when browsing on Chrome for Android or iOS. Chrome has further added a safe browsing feature that helps protect you from malicious pages....

According this Google support page , the search giant will be retiring one of its products — Google Reader which is an RSS feed aggregator — come July 1, 2013. Google Reader will be retired on July 1, 2013. If you’d like to download a copy of all your Reader data before then, you can do so through Google Takeout. Absa Bank Uganda has recently unveiled the contactless tap functionality on the bank’s vertical Visa debit cards and POS machines.
